The freedom of speech is great, but letting people harass people isn't excused by the freedom of speech - It is limiting it! People can't express themselves, have opinions, agreements, disagreements if people are just randomly attacking them! It seems like forum administrators shrug off personal attacks as the freedom of expression, even though personal attacks just keep people from expressing themselves!
I have started a petition to urge forum administrators on various large internet communities to make sure people who randomly attack people in forums are not welcome.
